Swiss Master is an application that enables users to make pairings for chess tournaments. Before the start of the tournament the tiebreaks should be decided. With TPR Mixed you get a mixture of the TPR's based on games against opponents with a FIDE rating and games against opponents without a FIDE rating, but with a national rating. In this way players without a FIDE rating can still see some kind of TPR.
