Swiss Master

Swiss Master is an application that enables users to make pairings for chess tournaments. Before the start of the tournament the tiebreaks should be decided.

With TPR Mixed you get a mixture of the TPR's based on games against opponents with a FIDE rating and games against opponents without a FIDE rating, but with a national rating. In this way players without a FIDE rating can still see some kind of TPR.
